This AIN is sad and if anyone can help this mum and daughter and give them a chance at a normal life. They have been in care for 1000 days. Daughter Jenny was born in care and never known a normal life. Mum is accepting of strangers as she has had interaction prior to coming into care. Jenny will need some one on one but the pound believes she will come around. They are playful. Requiring a patient and understanding carer. Caged for 3 years 😪
