All About Me and My Unique Personality: Tilly is a 4 year old girl, who seems to have had a unsettled life.
It has taken her 3 weeks to want to leave the safety of the bathroom and venture around the house.
Prior to that any scary thing she fled to hide in the bath!
She is going to need some decent time to settle into a new home.
BUT is highly motivated by FOOD! It is a the perfect way to get her out of places if she hides!
Tilly is also a very solid and chonky 6.1kg and should try to get some exercise in! She will play with stringlike toys for quite awhile and short zoomies so this should continue for her.
She had a skin infection when I picked her up which was due to flea and worm treatment placed on the back of her neck, that will need to be done in smaller doses in order for her to not react.
She was desexed in January and now sports a cool ear tattoo! and is up to date on all vaccinations and treatments.
She is quite timid and would need time and love to come out of her shell, she loves a tummy rub and face scrubs, and loves to be patted.
She isn't attached to her name so you are also welcome to give her a full new identity!
Once comfortable she is cheeky and sweet.
My Ideal Home: The benefits of an adult cat!
Less energy, more snuggles
Learnt manners and rules!
Less likely to attack curtains and pot plants!
Ready to settle in hang out!
We have a dog and another cat who she is not keen on.
The dog she is better with, who is very calm and very good with our fosters, so the right dog she could be good with.
Our permanent cat doesn't like any foster and they have hissed and scratched at each other, so again the right cat she could love!
But as an only cat to laze around your house, eat, play and watch the birds outside she would do fantastic!
What is Known About My Background: As a 4 year old she must have had some human interaction, but a part from a pound pick up little is known, has been a mother at some stage
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: My child is 8 and is experienced with fosters so is calm and gentle with her.
Children 8 and above showing calm and caring nature would be ok, to much loud noise and hectic toys she would not cope with.
A couple or single person would be better suited to her.
Dogs and cats would have to be trailed.
