What is Known About My Background: Olive was found wandering in the community, underweight. She was at the pound for a week and was not claimed. She has since been in foster care. It is unclear what breed Olive is, parents are unknown. It is suggested she is a Mastiff x, or Staffy x, however her size appears to be in the medium range. She has a marvellous temperament.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: Loves other dogs, was very happy playing with the staff’s dogs at the pound.
Interested and curious about the kittens in care. Seems quite calm watching them. Spent time with a cat in the pound and settled onto a dog bed in their company.
Olive is a big fan of kids. We have 2 children, aged 12 and 14 and Olive is very gentle and affectionate with them. Olive has liked doing tile morning drop off and afternoon pick up at school.
Olive is a puppy and teething. She is being taught ‘no hands in mouth’ and being toys as options for chewing.
