All About Me and My Unique Personality: After spending nearly two years in a shelter environment, sisters Malibu and Martini are finally discovering what it means to be part of a home. Born in 2023 as part of a litter of eight, these girls have spent the majority of their lives waiting for their turn. Now that they’re in foster care, their true personalities are finally bubbling to the surface!
🐾 The Personalities
Malibu (The Bold Adventurer): Malibu is the braver of the two. She’s often the first to investigate a new sound or check out a fresh corner of the house. Her confidence helps pave the way for her sister, showing Martini that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.
Martini (The Sweet Sidekick): While a little more reserved than her sister, Martini is adapting at lightning speed. She finds her courage through Malibu and is quickly learning that "indoor life" comes with some pretty great perks—like soft carpets and endless places to explore.
🏠 Life in Foster Care
Since leaving the shelter in January, these sisters have been inseparable. They spend their days:
Exploring: Every room is a new kingdom to conquer.
Playing: They have a beautiful bond and love to wrestle and chase each other.
Adapting: They are shedding their "shelter "grit" and learning to relax in a cage-free world.
My Ideal Home: 💛 What They Need
Because they spent so much time in a facility, Malibu and Martini aren't "instant" lap cats—they are works in progress. They are looking for a patient, quiet home where they can continue their transformation.
The Ideal Adopter: Someone who understands that the best things in life take time. With a little extra love and a lot of patience, these sisters will continue to flourish into the loyal companions they were always meant to be.
What is Known About My Background: These beautiful girls were part of a litter of eight. They were dropped off at a local shelter in 2023, so they've spent the majority of their life in a cage. They were finally fostered out to a home environment in January 2026 and are looking for their forever home.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: They get on well with the other cats in care. They have not yet met a small human or any dogs, but with a slow, gentle introduction would no doubt do fine.
