About Gibson – meet at PetQuarters Tuggerah
All About Me and My Unique Personality: Gibson is a rare specimen. He is both a striking looking cat thanks to his breed and a confident, loving cat.
The Selkirk Rex is a cat breed with curly hair and Gibson has this (see photos) giving him a very unique fur. His fur feels slightly oily so be prepared for that. Fragile whiskers that tend to break off and appear short is another trait of this breed that Gibson exhibits.
Gibson calls out for attention and given the chance will climb onto your lap and just loves all the attention he can get.
If you are looking for a unique looking cat who will return all the love you can give then Gibson is the one. Come and meet him at Petquarters and see for yourself what he is like. Be prepared to fall in love with him though.
My Ideal Home: Gibson should be fine in any home. He is a large cat so would be good if he has plenty of room to move around. As with all our cats he needs to be an indoors only cat.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: Has only had limited exposure to other cats but seems fine with them. Has no issues with my labrador either.
