All About Me and My Unique Personality: Emily is a beautiful, silky black cat with the most gorgeous, piercing eyes. She is a very gentle soul who just wants someone to love and to be loved back. Emily is relaxed and spends most of her day sleeping - on or cuddled up to her people if she can. During her waking hours, she'll follow you around and chat a little about her day, getting any pats and cuddles you offer her. Emily is quite comfortable meeting new people and will happily say hello to them and get pats.
My Ideal Home: Emily would love to be the centre of your world as a solo cat, but happily lives with other cats in her foster home. She loves to use scratchers so will need some of them around. As with all Hunter Animal Rescue cats, she needs to be indoors only or in a secure cat enclosure.
What is Known About My Background: Emily was brought into the pound after being abandoned with one kitten. She was an absolutely champ in foster carer - even taking on some extra kittens who weren't hers. Now she has been desexed and microchipped, and is up-to-date with vaccinations and parasite treatments, she is ready to find her forever home where she will never be abandoned again!
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: Emily would be best suited as a solo cat, although with a little time, will be fine with a cat friendly cat. She has not been tested with dogs, however would probably prefer a home without an indoor dog, as she is likely to be nervous around. Emily is gentle and so would be fine around children.
