All About Me and My Unique Personality: Brodie is a happy go lucky puppy. He likes everything and wags his tail happily. He is content, has his exercise, dinner and then sleeps like a log. He is social, likes to play with other dogs and had an older bestie at the pound. He likes to say hello to everyone, and is appropriate when greeting. He is not jumping up. He is not barking or concerned. He is quite well adjusted for a little fellow that has had big changes at such a young age.
Brodie is adorable with soft floppy ears. He has lots of clumsy puppy traits which are endearing.
Brodie can fetch, likes tug-o-war, happy to follow you around the yard.
My Ideal Home: Brodie would love a family or active people, that can take him on regular exercise and adventures. He is curious and intelligent. He is food motivated and this will assist with ongoing training and positive reinforcement.
He is also sooky and loves being and cuddled and patted to sleep. He loves company and would prefer you to be around most of the time especially when he is young,
He would be okay with a home on his own or would be fine with the company or another dog.
He likes both inside and outside. The back deck has been his favourite place whilst in foster care. He likes his fluffy warm bed and lots of toys for chewing.
What is Known About My Background: He was surrendered to the pound. It appears Brodie has being resilient and come out a good all round puppy. He has a scar on his left leg that may have been a result of injury / accident.
In the pound he had a bestie that he loved to play with. He friend was a 5 month old German Short Haired Pointed and they both had fun puppy energy that they worked through each day together.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: Brodie interacts with kids with curiosity and overwhelming joy. Kids and people make him happy.
Brodie is with foster kittens. When Brodie entered the kitten area, he managed to break out in zombies and sneakily devour their food. Brodie did not seem to pay any mind to the kittens. The kittens gave him a message about boundaries.
