About Eclipse ~ on trial until 9/5/25

All About Me and My Unique Personality: Who doesn't want their very own ring tailed lemur? Well, Eclipse is as close as you will get! Eclipse is a stunning sleek charcoal tabby kitten with a very prominent stripey tail. Her photos do not do her colouring justice.

Upon arrival in foster care Eclipse was somewhat timid and scared of the big wide world. As she has grown she has gone from strength to strength, absolutely thriving and has found her love of people.

Eclipse is inquisitive and will one minute be looking at something before shooting off across the room to check out something new. You are never short of a smile with this little lady close by!

My Ideal Home: Eclipse would fit in to most homes. She is confident and ready to impress everyone with her super purr. Looking for some white noise in the form of purrs to help you sleep at night? Eclipse is your gal!

We are keen to see Eclipse finally find her very own special people so she can really start her own special life.

What is Known About My Background: Eclipse and her siblings have been in foster care most of their lives. They were bottle raised by their previous foster carer before joining us.

How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: Eclipse has spent *lots* of time being cuddled and played with by children aged 8+. She took a little while to warm up to this but now has no problems being picked up and snuggled. She will cheekily dart away and play with the kids when she knows they're headed her way. Quickly emerging so she doesn't miss out on cuddles.

She has met the resident cat without issue, but is yet to meet any dogs directly. She has met dogs through the window and doors without any concerns from her.

Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1. Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2. If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3. If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4. 4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
Please understand that by filling in this form, it by no means guarantees that you will be successful in the adoption process, nor does it obligate you to adopt.
To complete this form an attachment must accompany this application regarding housing status. Either landlord approval to have an animal at the premises, or proof of home ownership.
