All About Me and My Unique Personality: Vincent hadn't had the best exposure to humankind when he first came into the pound. Coming into care he was initially quite frightened and reserved. But after some time, Vincent began to trust again. Now that he knows not all humans are bad, he loves being anywhere his people are. Gone are the days your bed is empty and your toilet time is alone. This little guy thrives on quality time and physical touch. Understandably, he takes a little longer than most cats to warm up to a new environment and people, but once he does. He will be a companion for life.
Vincent has been microchipped, vaccinated and desexed in care
My Ideal Home: Vincents ideal home would be a quiet and calm one. He's been real friendly to the kids he has met, but he would be more suited to a home without young children (or calm respectful children), as he can get a little startled from fast movement or loud noises.
He has met his foster carers small dog and is totally fine with her existence. He would do well in a home with another dog, provided its not a loud or hectic one. Vincent has gotten on very well with his feline foster brother and sisters. It's not essential, but he would enjoy a home with another cat who can help build his confidence.
Vincent is required to be rehomed as an indoor only cat to protect both him and the local wildlife.
What is Known About My Background: Not much is known about Vincents past, he was left at the pound as a fearful little guy. It took a while for his kennel hand to rebuild his trust. But as soon as he came out of his shell, he convinced her to foster him.
