All About Me and My Unique Personality: I’m a petite gentle girl who loves pats. I’m starting to approach friendly humans for pat times and have even tried laps a few times. My foster mum thinks I’ll make a great lap cat. My hobbies include napping, sunbaking, and treats.
I’m pretty low key - I’ll accept pats any time they’re offered, and I nap a lot. I’ve just started showing interest in playing with some toys but so far I’m more interested in naps.
From time to time I’m vocal and might chatter to myself, or to you at dinner time.
Quiz Time!
———————-
* vacuum cleaner? Do not like, I’ll hide or leave the room
* being picked up? I’ll usually squirm after a minute or so, and want to be put down. But then I’ll want pats straight away. I might get used to being held with more practice.
* food? I’m not fussy, I’ll eat just about anything
* brushing? I love being brushed
My Ideal Home: I’m pretty easy going, my ideal home is one where I can find peaceful places to nap and enjoy pats from a loving family.
What is Known About My Background: Not much is known about my life before I was rescued. I came into care heavily pregnant and not in great shape: anemic because I was riddle with fleas, and some of my fur had fallen out. I improved rapidly in care, and gave birth to a healthy litter of kittens. My fur has mostly all grown back and I’m gaining a healthy amount of weight.
After they were old enough to be weaned and I’d had a rest, I moved into my current foster home to help Sven the foster cat learn how to get along with other cats. I did a great job of teaching him manners, though it meant he got a few growls and nose-bops from me a few times! We get along well now.
I’m vaccinated, wormed and flea treated, and the vet says I’m healthy and happy! I’m booked in to be desexed in early January and will be available for adoption after I have recovered.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: I get along ok with cats that respect my space. If they come too close or scare me, I might growl or bop them on the nose!
I haven’t met a dog while in care, so I’m not sure what I think of them.
I haven’t met children in care, but I think I will be ok with a gentle child old enough to respect my space.
