About Copper

All About Me and My Unique Personality: I keep getting called a precious baby and I’m not sure why? It might be because I like being held like a baby and will fall asleep happily being cuddled.
I like chilling out with my foster family and being with people. I’ve been having fun going to work with my foster mum and exploring the office.
I love playing rough and tumbles and tug of war with my brother.
I am going well with my toilet training and also crate training.
Very good motivated so will help with my on going training.

My Ideal Home: I would love being with a family that will show me love and affection. Also, a family that will have the time and patience on teaching me new things as I am still a puppy.

What is Known About My Background: I came from a rural pound with my 4 other siblings. Our futures were uncertain until our foster families helped us out.

How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: I am good with the kids in the house and love to play tug of war with them.

HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.

Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.

HAR Adoption Process
1. Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2. If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3. If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4. 4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.

Please understand that by filling in this form, it by no means guarantees that you will be successful in the adoption process, nor does it obligate you to adopt.
To complete this form an attachment must accompany this application regarding housing status. Either landlord approval to have an animal at the premises, or proof of home ownership.
