 MATRIX - Doberman x Kelpie, M, 6 mths DOB 3-1-08

Matrix is a lovely boy! A great big sook! He gets on well with other dogs, loves going to the beach. He is doing well with basic training and has good recall. A devoted companion looking for a family to call his own.

 INDIANA - Doberman x, M, 6 months DOB 3-1-08

Indy, He's such a lovely boy. He gets on well with the dogs, cats and kids. He would benefit from some extra training as he is still a little jumpy. Besides that he's a fun loving pup. He walks pretty well with a harness (except when he's tired, then he lays down...lol) and loves playing with a ball. He enjoys running around with the other dogs too

DUSTY- Sheltie, M,

Name; Dusty
 Age; 8 yrs old
 Breed ; Blue Merle Sheltie
Requires  a new forever home to see out my Final years.

I would like a new home with either an Older Couple or Single Female, who have a good solid income as I may have on going Medical Costs down the
track, and I need to be sure my new owner is able to cover these expenses now and into the future.I am fully house trained, and love to be inside with
company, love lots of TLC, love to be bathed and groomed as well.Travels well in the car also. I also like to play with a Ball in the back yard, and
chase the birds away.

Dusty has at some stage been tormented from over the fence line, so a new home free from neighbouring childern on both sides would be best for
him.Dusty has a long thick coat that requires regular attention (weekly / fortnightly ) such as brushing especially at times when he sheds his coat
due to the change of seasons.

If you would like an older dog to rehome, please consider me!!. As a senior dog Dusty is available for $125

For more info on me please call Colleen on 49 323 847.

SOPHIE - Greyhound, 8yrs, F

sophie appears to be older, as her grey facial hair indicates. she was checked out by vet and is in good health. She is an ex racer with a very sweet demeaner. She was attacked by another dog quite ferociously and didnt fight back. She is sweet and fine with other animals and people. Sopie will still need to interact with kids to see what the go is but she loves to lay around and be cuddled. She is housetrained and lets you know when she needs to go out..
She is gorgeous, loves her walks and makes an easy pet. very undemanding.

DIGGER - Cattle, M, 2yrs

Digger is an exceptionally attractive-looking cattle dog - a nice balanced athletic shape, a handsome traditional-type head, a very pleasant expression and his colouring is a pretty blue merle with a lot of rich rusty red on his head.

He is young (23 months) and boisterous like all his breed, but clearly clever and willing to learn.
He likes children, preferably older ones. He comes reliably when called, even from a distance.
He adores swimming and is passionate about retrieving. He is a very loyal animal and an exceptionally pleasant one .

 Looking for a great companion?

 TREVOR - Bull Terrier x - extra large size - 18mths

Trevor is an active puppy who does not know his size or strength.  He is socialised with other dogs -but can be dominate especially with other males.  He is good around children but is unsuitable to a home with young children because he is so bouncy and large and would inevitably accidently knock children over.  So a home with no children or teenage children would be best.

He would so suit a young person or young couple who had the time and desire to take him to training and spend time teaching him some manners.   His behaviour is all normal puppy behaviour - but due to his size he can appear a little intimidating. His foster carer describes him as the "shrek" of the dog world - he looks big and scary and is oblivious to his strength and underneath is a heart of gold just wanting love.  Trevor has lots of layers but he will be a most loyal companion to the person that decides to give him a home.

Trevor is available for a a donation.

If you would like to meet him please contact his foster mum Amanda on 49771666

   INSTANT FAMILY- RHEA & MIA – 8 MTH OLD MASTIFF/GREAT DANE-X – SISTERS

These girls are lively and lovely, Rhea is the more mature and cautious of the two, while Mia bounces everywhere and acts first and thinks later….the 2 are great together, the cuddle up together in the same kennel each night and it would be nice to see them go to a home together if possible.  They love to run and would need a large yard with lots of open walks in bush or on a beach or would be well suited to an acreage/farm.  They are great with kids (tested with 10-15yr olds), great with other dogs, and are just wonderful LARGE playful puppies.

Princess had her pups just days after being rescued from the pound and is now a much happier and healthier girl enjoying her freedom.

A lovely girl, very loyal. Would be best as an only dog with a large yard and an active family.

The dogs below are unavailable as they are each on
a two week trial with their new owners.

Millie - 11mth old Border Collie X, F

Millie is a lovely gentle girl, really quiet natured – very submissive to other dogs, not ever likely to fight – she is a real people person dog, she thrives on having people company can be a little overwhelmed with lots of dogs – it has been reported that she may be a little destructive when left for long periods of time alone – but should do really well as a companion dog who goes everywhere with her owners or may even benefit from having another dog playmate – Millie is on the larger side of Border Collie a “gentle giant” you may say – even though she has had a few disappointing starts, a family or couple willing to give her a forever home will have a truly devoted companion for life.

BONNIE - Ridgy x, f, approx 7 mths

Hi my name is Bonnie and I am only a young girl who found my way to the pound. When my foster mummy and daddy rescued me I was very very skinny and needed a good feed. They have been feeding me up and I am slowly starting to put on some weight. I would love to go to another home with another doggie as I like to play with other dogs and snuggle up beside them at night. I need another doggie to teach me what to do because my first owners didn’t play with me so I am not really sure what to do when I fetch the ball. I am starting to learn to play tugowar with the others so I am finding that fun.

I am on my best behaviour for my foster parents…I am a quite doggie and I haven’t barked except at the stranger who entered the yard. I haven’t dug any holes or pulled any washing off the line and I haven’t tried to escape so I think I am doing pretty well!

If you can give me a loving home with a doggie friend and teach me how to play then call my foster mummy so I don’t get too attached to her….

LAYLA - Staffy x Ridgey, F, 7mths

Layla is a very devoted, sweet girl. She became attached very quickly to her foster carer as you can see in the photos. Layla is still a little wary of other dogs, probably due to something in her past (if only dogs could talk!) so is best rehomed as an only dog.

She is a lovely girl, no trouble at all. Waits patiently for you to come home and is always delighted to see you. Layla will need secure fences as she is quite interested in being with her person so has a tendency to try and follow you.

MISSY - Staffy x, F, 18mths

Missy loves people and other dogs and loves to play.  With a beautiful face and personality to match she will be a very loyal and affectionate companion. She is about the size of a small cattle dog and is quite energetic so will need to be exercised regularly and have a secure yard.

If you would like to meet "Missy" contact Jodi 0439 473223 or email jodipalmer@y7mail.com

LOUIS- Labrador, Male, 1 and a 1/2 years

A typical Labrador. He is a big puppy, very effervescent. With some training he will be a great addition to any family. He loves to play and loves his toys. Would be better rehomed with a friend his own size (only so they can keep up with his energy) He is getting on great with a small dog but can stand over him too easily. Louis loves cuddles and attention

Call Kerryn on 0434258260 after 4.30pm or email

ON HOLD - Banjo – Lab x, M, 7mths DOB 07/11/07

Banjo is overtly playful, energetic, loving and ready to please. He would suit a large yard and owners ready and prepared to love him without hesitation. He is a stunning looking, large dog. Banjo is not good with chickens!
