Kittens for Adoption : 8 weeks to 6 months

All kittens have been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, vet checked, treated for fleas & worms.
A two week trial period is given for all new owners.

All Kittens have an adoption fee of $180.

All HAR cats are kept indoors and are only rehomed to families that will let them remain indoors. This is
to prevent any of the cats being ran over, involved in cat fights, going missing, being hurt by dogs.

Please read the Hunter Animal Rescue Adoption Agreement before considering adopting a HAR animal.

Hunter Animal Rescue is a charity run by volunteers who dedicate their time to finding new homes for abandoned pets facing euthanasia. All animals are kept in foster carer homes, where they experience a good quality of life, and the carers get a good idea of a cat's personality and suitability for different homes. All HAR cats and kittens are kept as strictly indoor / in enclosure pets to keep them safe from snakes, cars, dogs, fighting, hunting, straying and the harsh sun. All of our foster cats and kittens are very happy as strictly indoor pets and HAR expect the same to occur in their new homes. If you are worried about your furniture being ruined by rough and tumble play as indoor pets we suggest you visit the adult cats page for cats who have grown out of this developmental stage and would prefer to lie on the lounge than to wrestle it.

Gizmo
male

Animal Number: C10013

Name: Gizmo

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Age: 4 months (born 12/12/09)

Sex: Male

Suitable for children: Yes, is fine with my 4 year old.

Suitable with dogs: Hasn’t met any dogs yet.

Ideal home: A family home with other cats for company, where he will be loved and cared for.

A bit about me: I am an affectionate, playful boy and I can be a bit cheeky sometimes. I love my food and I will snatch up anything that’s on offer, and it’s starting to show with my chubby belly.

I love playing with my brother and sister (Charlie and Moo Moo) and I like stealing wrappers out of the bin and running away with them. I give lots of cuddles and I love snuggling up to mum on the lounge.

I like staying indoors, as I’ve never been outside and I’m a lot safer inside.

I would love it if someone could adopt me with my brother and/or sister if possible as we are good mates.

Foster carer contact details: To meet Gizmo, or for any questions, contact Lauren on 49 366 530 or 0432 250 405. Or send her an email

Charlie
male

Animal Number: C10014

Name: Charlie

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Age:4 months (born 12/12/09)

Sex: Male

Suitable for children: Yes, is fine with my 4 year old.

Suitable with dogs: Hasn't met any dogs yet.

Ideal home: A family home with other cats for company, where he will be loved and cared for.

A bit about me: I am a sweet, quiet boy. I have a grey fluffy head which is really cute and I'm quite small for my age, but I am getting bigger. I enjoy my food but I'm not greedy and I will happily share with the others.

I am fairly quiet, although I do get a bit possessive of my favourite red ball that I play with and I growl at the others when they try to get it. My favourite spot to sleep is in the washing basket or behind the lounge.

I like staying indoors, as I've never been outside and I'm a lot safer inside.

I would love it if someone could adopt me with my brother and/or sister if possible as we are good mates.
